Management Team
Jay Albrecht, President and CEO
Mr. Albrecht became part of Torqued-Up Energy Services in May of 2008, bringing with him a wealth of experience from a very successful and prominent tenure with Cougar Pressure Control. Mr. Albrecht has over 25 years of experience in the oilfield industry.
Kelly Prentiss, CFO
Having joined in December of 2008, Mr. Prentiss contributes to Torqued-Up Energy Services with broad experience. A certified public accountant for more than 25 years, Mr. Prentiss has financial management, M&A and restructuring experience in the telecommunications, oil and gas and real estate industries. During his career he has raised more than $350 million of public debt, negotiated several bank financings, managed an IPO process and reorganized a company through Chapter 11 bankruptcy. His financial experience encompasses many areas including strategic and financial planning, financial reporting, treasury, investor relations, SEC reporting, budgeting, tax, risk management, accounting, human resources and inventory management. Mr. Prentiss holds a Bachelor's degree in accounting from The University of Texas and MBA in Finance from the University of North Texas.
